Action for Sustainability was established in 2009, incorporating 2012.  Originally set up to offer extra resource to organisations starting up on their sustainability journey, Action for Sustainability has supported organisations in the public, private and charity sectors.  As an owner-managed business, Action for Sustainability projects are led and delivered by Kirsti Norris.

Kirsti enjoys building relationships with clients, and truly understanding how sustainability can  be easily and naturally incorporated into their practices to achieve real benefits. Her experience and training has provided Kirsti with a whole wealth of approaches and techniques she can draw on to best assist an organisation on their sustainability journey.

Over the years, Kirsti’s interest in facilitation and complexity has brought the work of Action for Sustainability increasingly into the role of facilitator of exploration with clients making sense of the ever more complex world, and their response to this.

When additional capacity and expertise is required, Kirsti partners with consultants, designers, or other experts suited to the task from her professional network.
